Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Postpartum – Seattle, WA 98122

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour or 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), with 6 weekend days per contract. Assignment length of 13 or 26 weeks available based on your preference. Floating required to nearby campuses for postpartum and labor and delivery recovery.

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and interpretation services

• Experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience and qualifications

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of postpartum nursing experience required
• High-risk obstetric care experience required, including ability to manage census surges with up to 4 couplets
• Epic charting system experience required (hardstop)
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• Demonstrated experience with magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin, postpartum hemorrhage management, and substance withdrawal patients
• Experience with cesarean section care, episiotomy/incision care, fundus/lochia/perineum care, and vaginal delivery
• Willingness to float to sister campuses as needed
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
