Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Care

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours Productivity Expectations: 30 points Coverage Areas: Morris County & Essex County, NJ Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM On‑Call / Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month, if possible Mileage Reimbursement: Yes — reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient Pay Rate: $49/hr

Top Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home‑care setting, following individualized care plans
• Develop and implement OT treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care
• Provide patient and family education to support safety and independence at home

Required Qualifications

• NJ OT License (active and in good standing)
• 2–3 years of experience in home care, acute care, or subacute rehab
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment‑planning skills
• NJ OT License
