Job Title: RN Home Health-Hospice
Location: West-borough, MA, 01581
Duration: 03 months with possible contract extension
Schedule: Monday through Friday 08:00 am - 04:30 pm
Coverage Areas: Shrewsbury, West-borough, North-borough, Bolton, Hudson, Marlborough, Framingham area
On Call/Weekend Requirement: No however we are open if they want to switch days occasionally due to a valid reason.
Will Mileage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? Yes
What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible):
Delivering in-home nursing services, including skilled nursing assessments and interventions
Conducting home visits across a designated geographic area, likely covering multiple counties
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patient families, and caregivers.
Maintaining accurate and timely patient records according to company and regulatory standards.
Must have qualifications/experience:
Oasis Experience , Home-care Experience
