Responsibilities
Pre-Op RNs assess, instruct, and prepare patients prior to surgery. Pre-Op RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure that operative and informed consents are signed and correct
- Take and record vital signs and initiate IVs
- Educate the patient about the procedure and post-op care
Shift: 3x12 Days
