Express Healthcare Staffing Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii.
Progressive Care Unit.
15 bed unit. 3 Step down ICU; 12 telemetry. 1:4 for Progressive Care; 1:3 for Step down ICU. Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours. no Call. Primary Nursing care, Telemetry monitoring, Telemetry strip reading, Fingerstick blood sugar. Meditech charting, Pyxis for medications, BIPAP, Continuous cardiac monitoring. At least 1 year hospital acute care within the last year. Progressive Care and telemetry experience preferred. ACLS preferred, current PALS preferred, NIHSS certification preferred. Will float to all acute units in house. Medical, Surgical/Peds, ICU and ER possible
