This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on cardiac care, providing high-quality medical services to patients with varying acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Float to all PCU/Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) floors, focusing on cardiac patient populations.
• Manage and administer cardiac drips, including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors.
• Care for patients with STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and other cardiac conditions.
• Potentially oversee telemetry beds with lower acuity patients in the same unit.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3–4.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar-sized facility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficiency in using the EPIC EMR system.
• NRP certification required.
