  • Staffing: 95 Team Members
• Shifts Available:
  • Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
  • Every Other Weekend Required
• Team Composition:
  • Day Shift:
    • 2 CNC/Charge Nurses
    • 11 RNs
    • 4 CNAs
    • 1 HUC
  • Night Shift:
    • 2 CNC/Charge Nurses
    • 11 RNs
    • 4 CNAs
    • 1 HUC
• Patient Care and Equipment:
  • Patient Ratios: 4:1 at grid, 5:1 stretched
  • Advanced Equipment:
    • IV Pumps
    • Skylift
    • PCA Pump
    • Chest Tube
    • Trachs
    • Patient Lifts
• Required Skill Set:
  • Must-have:
    • ACLS Certification
    • BLS Certification
    • NIHSS Certification
    • Neuro and Trauma Care Experience
  • Preferred:
    • Additional Neuro and Trauma Care Experience
• Typical Procedures:
  • Neuro and spinal checks
  • C-Collar and TLSO brace placements
  • Chest tube and PCA pump management
  • IV infusions
  • Lumbar drain and feeding tube placements
  • Blood transfusions
