**Join Our Dynamic Progressive Care Unit as a Travel RN!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Asheville, NC - **Unit:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - **Shift:** Night Shift - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM - **Number of Beds:** 44 - **Staffing:** - Total Staff: 95 - Night Shift Staffing: 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNAs, 1 HUC - **Patient Ratios:** - Standard: 4 patients per RN - Stretch: 5 patients per RN - **Equipment You’ll Use:** - IV Pumps - Skylift - PCA Pump - Chest Tubes - Trach Care - Patient Lifts - **EMR System:** Cerner **What We're Looking For:** - **Required Skills:** - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications - Neuro and Trauma Care experience (non-negotiable) - **Preferred Skills:** - Neuro and Trauma Care experience - **Typical Procedures Include:** - Neuro and spinal checks - C-Collar placement, TLSO braces - Chest tube management - PCA pump and IV infusions - Lumbar drain management - Feeding tube placement - Blood transfusions - **Ideal Personality Traits:** - Team player - Patient-focused - **Dress Code:** Navy blue scrubs - **Weekend Requirement:** - Every other weekend commitment **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
