Job Details
Position Description: The facility can approve 48 guaranteed hours for this role in the Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU 63101). The unit features 34 beds with a staffing ratio of 1:5 for PCU level and 1:6 for MS level, equipped with VS machines, EKG, bladder scanning, glucometers, and continuous pulse oximetry. The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used is Meditech.
Required Qualifications: Licensed RN with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU/Progressive Care, current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The unit is a trauma-designated PCU, recently became the official trauma PCU for the hospital, and values flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude. The team emphasizes upskilling staff, providing a positive work culture, and supporting professional development through unit-specific policies and orientation.
