A licensed Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) care is needed in Lancaster, Ohio. Job Details:

• Position: Staff Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Location: Lancaster, Ohio
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio; completion of an accredited nursing program including a diploma, associate degree in nursing (ADN), or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN); CPR certification; at least 1 year of registered nursing experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a progressive care setting; strong interpersonal and communication skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for providing bedside care, administering medications and treatments, documenting patient information accurately, and notifying physicians of patient status changes. The role demands physical ability to perform patient handling activities and managing urgent situations with calm professionalism.
