Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (Trauma Care Stepdown/Pulmonary) position on night shift, requiring at least 2 years of PCU/telemetry experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Progressive Care Unit (PCU) covering Trauma Care Stepdown and Pulmonary populations
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/telemetry experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within first 30 days of start)
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• No gaps in work history totaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide progressive/stepdown level nursing care to trauma and pulmonary patients
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
