Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity available in Bristol, Tennessee. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring safety and compliance with all clinical standards. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans while promoting patient safety and positive health outcomes.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/03/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift, valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift (CIRH only), minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience, appropriate licensure, educational credentials, and location suitability in Bristol, Tennessee.

- Additional Information: The RN will perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, participate in patient education, discharge planning, and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and safety. The RN is expected to pursue ongoing professional development and adhere to all safety policies.
