Job Details

• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; minimum of two years bedside clinical experience; valid nursing license; ability to work nights; located in the Madison area, with no minimum years of experience required.
• Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission; develop and implement individualized care plans; participate in patient rehabilitation programs; ensure accurate documentation; initiate discharge planning and patient education; communicate patient status changes; provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing staff; maintain safety standards; participate in team activities; and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Additional Information: The RN will provide care in a cost-effective manner while promoting quality outcomes. They will assume charge responsibilities following orientation, manage supplies and charges, and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes safety, patient education, and teamwork to ensure optimal patient care.
