  • Additional Information:
    • Performs nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission, forming the basis of personalized care plans.
    • Provides timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record.
    • Participates in patient rehabilitation programs and assists in discharge planning from day one of admission.
    • Communicates effectively with other healthcare providers to support continuity of care and patient safety.
    • Supervises and delegates to ancillary nursing personnel, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
    • Contributes to a positive work environment through team building and effective communication.
    • Maintains professional growth through continuing education and self-study.
    • Follows all hospital guidelines regarding personal appearance, attendance, and safety protocols.
