Description

American Traveler is hiring a Progressive Care Unit RN for a night shift assignment requiring 2 years of experience and a Michigan RN license.

Details

  • Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting
  • Patient ratio of 1:4
  • Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (19:00-7:30)
  • Every other weekend required
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Floating to the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) required
  • Floating within scope to meet facility needs required

Requirements

  • Active RN license (MI) currently in hand
  • Current certification in ACLS required; NIHSS preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience required

Additional Information

  • Provide progressive/step-down level nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius at the local rate
  • Requested time off (RTO) of 5 days or less is preferred
