Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts (12 hours) with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in nursing practice, relevant educational background, California licensure as a Registered Nurse, and 1 or more years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Progressive Care Unit or similar specialized units.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The onboarding process involves initial attendance at a location approximately across the street, with designated parking and operational hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The role focuses on patient care responsibilities for an assigned patient ratio3:1 for Step-down and 4:1 for Telemetry. Nurses will be responsible for patient assessments, care planning, supervision of clinical staff, and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high standards of care. All reporting begins at the start of the shift.
