Job Details
Position Description: Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, coordination, and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Provides supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel, facilitating optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months is required.
Schedule: Night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in ongoing education and quality improvement activities. May include supervision of staff and workflow management.
