Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care/Stepdown Unit position requiring 2+ years of specialty experience and an active NH or compact RN license.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Stepdown setting within a hospital
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
• No on-call requirements
• May be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 2+ years of PCU/Stepdown specialty experience required
• Documented travel nursing experience required
• NURSYS report and license verification for all active RN licenses required
• 3 professional references required once committed, with 2 from leadership

Additional Information

• Deliver progressive care/stepdown nursing to patients requiring close monitoring
• Weekly orientation provided
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius, which qualifies for the local rate
• Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
