Job Details

Position: Registered Nurse, Psychiatric Unit
Location: BEACHWOOD, Ohio
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
Schedule: Nights
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, CPR certification, must attend Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training within 30 days, one year of nursing experience, recognition of mental health as an illness
Preferred Qualifications: Previous psychiatric or detox experience, ability to remain unbothered by patient comments, compassionate attitude towards mental health, proactive during downtime
Additional Information:
- All staff are expected to work across all three units as needed; no specific unit assignment
- No call requirements
- Must adhere to facility dress code in navy blue scrubs, no hoodies permitted
- Ability to recognize mental health as an illness and provide compassionate care
