Job Details
Schedule: Evenings shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of experience working with mental health patients in a locked setting, ability to pass medications utilizing Omni Cell, current BLS (American Heart Association) certification, Handle with Care (HWC) training (can be completed on site), BSN preferred, valid license to practice in Massachusetts
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing patients with diagnoses such as Bipolar disorder, Schizoaffective disorder, Major Depression, substance abuse, and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD; trauma-informed care approach, compassionate, flexible, confident, effective communication skills
