Conducts comprehensive educational evaluations and assists in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans. Provides data-driven recommendations to support student success. Collaborates with school teams to implement evidence-based interventions and support multi-tiered systems of support. Promotes positive learning environments while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Knowledge of special education, Section 504, assessment practices, mental health, and multi-tiered systems of support is essential. Strong assessment, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to work effectively with students, families, staff, and community partners while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics is necessary.
