Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Chewelah, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 3x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:00), approximately 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE). Flexible scheduling options include Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Friday. No on-call required. No weekends required. Patient ratio: 1:5-10. Daily census averages 5 patients.

Requirements:

• Active Washington state Physical Therapy license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Acute care experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
