Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring 1+ year of recent home health experience and HomeCare HomeBase charting proficiency.

Details

• Home Health setting serving geriatric patients
• Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Coverage area up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
• No on-call requirement
• iPad provided; personal cell phone not required
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
• BLS certification required
• OASIS experience required for clinicians performing start of care (SOC) visits
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting experience required
• License required if applicable
• Proof of vehicle insurance required
• Must be flexible with territory coverage
