Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring prior home health experience and OASIS proficiency.

Details

• Home health setting
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Floating may be requested based on facility needs
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate

Requirements

• Home health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• Specialty experience within the last year required
• BLS certification required
• VA state license required if applicable
• Compact license accepted in lieu of state license if in process

Additional Information

• Locals accepted at the same base rate
• Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month gap before returning as a traveler
• RTO requests should be minimal, ideally none for a full calendar week, and no more than 7 days total during the assignment
• All RTO must be submitted with the initial application and confirmed prior to the offer; no additional RTO will be approved after an offer is extended
