Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care during day shifts. The RN will be responsible for managing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status and reactions to medications
- Perform patient care activities and assist with daily living activities
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to plan and evaluate care
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Experience with the specified charting system is a plus
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations, including mandatory vaccinations
