Quality Control Manager
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for leading and administering project-specific quality control programs on federal construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all project quality control activities from groundbreaking through closeout.
- Implement and maintain the Three-Phase Quality Control System.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate testing activities.
- Review plans, specifications, and submittals for compliance.
- Lead quality control meetings with project teams and subcontractors.
- Identify, track, and resolve deficiencies.
- Maintain project quality documentation and reporting requirements.
- Partner with project leadership and government representatives to ensure successful project execution.
- Support project turnover and final acceptance.

The Successful Applicant
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen.
- 10+ years of construction experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
- 3+ years serving as the lead QCM on construction projects.
- Experience managing projects from groundbreaking through punch list completion.
- Federal construction project experience is required.
- Experience supporting projects valued between approximately $20M and $200M.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspections, and contract compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working for large national general contractors.
- Military, government, or federal construction project experience.
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects.
