Radiation Therapist needed asap for 13 weeks
REQUIRED SKILLS: ***LOCATION IS Inova Schar Cancer Institute - 8081 Innovation Dr., P3, Falls Church, VA 22031***
Must have active VA state license at submittal
Must have 2+ years’ experience using Varian treatment systems, Varian Truebeam, Varian Trilogy and IBA Proton, and Aria EMR
Certs- BLS (must be AHA), RT(T), active VA State License at submittal
No # of beds: 7 TREATMENT ROOMS
Ratios 2RTTs: 1patient
Scrub Color/Dress Code Gray scrubs
Unit/Department specific orientation: Inova orientation/ EPIC ½ day training/ Department orientation w/ chief or lead therapist
Required Qualifications
Radiation Therapist, Radiation
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RADTHER-VA
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); T-ARRT(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
