- Radiation Therapist License for NY or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: ARRT certification
- Equipment/Procedures: Varian Truebeam, Varian 21ix
- Local Restrictions: Local only
