The position requires participating in clinical patient care, administrative duties, and various shift responsibilities based on patient volume.
Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certification as a Radiation Therapist, relevant educational background, and at least 1 year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Four years of experience and previous travel experience preferred.
Additional Information: Shifts will vary day to day and week to week based on patient volume. Candidate will be expected to fulfill all job duties related to radiation therapy, participate in warm-ups, opening shifts, late/closing shifts, and assist in clinical patient care and administrative duties. Unit environment is busy, fast-paced, and stressful, involving both inpatient and outpatient pediatric and palliative care patients, with utilization of Varian True Beam, ETHOS, Halycon, ARIA, and AlignRT systems.
