Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Clienttion Therapist Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: 2+ years of radiation therapy experience required License: ARRT (T) required Certifications: BLS (AHA) required Must-Have: - 2+ years of radiation therapy experience - ARRT (T) certification - 1 year travel experience required or work experience with Varian and ARIA - TrueBeam, ARIA, Trilogy experience preferred Description: Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments. Perform treatment simulations and fabricate all necessary shielding blocks. Maintain accurate electronic medical records. Prepare equipment for patient treatments and perform quality control and assurance tests. Ensure proper infection control techniques are followed. Adhere to optimal radiation safety and protection practices. All activities reflect the philosophy, goals, objectives, and standards of practice. Commit to provisions of quality patient care, environmental safety, and interdisciplinary cooperation. Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff. A strict attendance policy is in effect to advocate for the patient population. Absences from scheduled shifts or lateness may lead to termination after three strikes. Exceptions will be reviewed in cases of communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence.
