Key Responsibilities of the Radiation Therapist- Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate records of treatment administered
- Monitor patient reactions and report any adverse effects
- Ensure proper safety protocols are followed during therapy sessions
Requirements of the Radiation Therapist- BLS certification
- Certified Radiation Therapist - ARRT (T) certification
- VA license required at submittal
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in radiation therapy
