Key Responsibilities of the Radiation Therapist- Provide quality patient care in relation to the patient's prescribed diagnosis, treatment, age group, development, and other identified needs
- Responsible for the performance of all duties relating to the administration of a prescribed course of Radiation Therapy
- Perform related responsibilities as assigned
Requirements of the Radiation Therapist- Associate Degree
- MRT License in state of employment
- RRT License in state of employment
- BLS certification via AHA
- RADTH ARRT
- Experience with TrueBeam machine and Aria/Varian
- Specialized procedures experience: SPRT, SRS, IGRT, IMRT
- Two to five years of clinical experience preferred
- IMRT and LDR/HDR experience preferred
