Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Clienttion Therapist Specialty: Not specified Duration: 3 months initial assignment Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: Licensed by the California Department of Health Services as a Radiologic Technologist (Therapeutic) Certifications: Licensed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Clienttion Therapy or equivalent as recognized by the ARRT Must-Have: - Excellent communication skills - Customer focused - Excellent attention to detail - Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong interpersonal skills - Able to work in a team environment Description: Under the direction of the Clienttion Oncology Manager, the Clienttion Therapist participates in tumor localization, treatment planning, and delivery of high doses of ionizing radiation treatment to patients according to prescription and instructions from Clienttion Oncologists. The Clienttion Therapist displays and practices a work-style that reflects the mission, vision, and values of the department and organization. Participation in the continuous quality improvement process is expected. A working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures, including the use of specialized instrumentation, Quality Control requirements, and preventive maintenance, is required. Proficiency in CT simulation techniques is essential. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Clienttion Oncology EMR, are necessary. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, provide practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions, are important for this role. Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills are essential for working effectively with others in the department.
