Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Clienttion Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, ARRT-T required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with Epic charting system required - Experience in adult acute care and outpatient settings Description: The Clienttion Therapist will provide patient care in the field of radiation oncology. Candidates must have experience with various radiation therapy procedures. They should be familiar with treatment types, billing for treatment devices, and care of patients in restraints. Candidates will perform simulation of treatment sites and utilize advanced equipment as needed. They should possess skills in delivering external beam therapy and participate in patient education. Integration with interdisciplinary support services is essential for comprehensive patient care. Travelers may be required to float between facilities. Willingness to work two out of the three major holidays is expected. Providing care for diagnoses such as prostate, breast, and lung cancers is part of the role. Candidates should be prepared for potential emergency cases and adaptations in workflow. Completion of pre-start training modules is mandatory. Additional skills in using specific equipment such as Elekta technology is desired. References are required for compliance verification.
