Travel Radiation Therapist - $3,500 to $3,600 per week in Eureka, CA

We are seeking a Travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment at Providence Saint Joseph Hospital – Eureka. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced travelers and first-time travelers with at least one year of experience who are looking to join a collaborative oncology team providing advanced radiation therapy services to adult oncology patients.

• Deliver safe and accurate radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and treatment plans.
• Operate Elekta Synergy and Elekta Infinity linear accelerators.
• Perform patient positioning using CBCT, kV/mV imaging, and other image-guided radiation therapy techniques.
• Administer advanced treatments including IMRT, SRS, SBRT, respiratory gating, external beam therapy, and craniospinal treatments.
• Assist with treatment simulations and implementation of radiation treatment plans.
• Utilize Mosaiq and Epic for treatment documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment procedures and radiation safety.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols.
• Float to affiliated facilities within scope as needed.
