Contract | Travel | Days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiation therapy procedures including SBRT, IMRT, basic radiation therapy, and breath-hold treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Operate specialized radiation therapy equipment, including Trilogy and/or Truebeam machines
• Provide quality patient care for cancer and osteoarthritis patients across all prescribed treatment plans
• Maintain accurate treatment records and prepare operational reports as required
• Maintain, store, and order supplies and equipment as needed
• Work collaboratively in a two-therapist-per-machine environment, seeing approximately 15–25 patients per day

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
• LSRTBE (Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners) license in Radiation Therapy required
• ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience operating Trilogy and/or Truebeam linear accelerator machines
• Familiarity with SBRT and IMRT treatment modalities
• Experience treating oncology and osteoarthritis patient populations
