Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by a radiation oncologist
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with safety protocols
• Monitor patients during treatment and document responses and progress
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure proper positioning of patients

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (T) certification required
• Active Virginia state license required at time of submittal
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a variety of radiation therapy modalities and treatment planning systems
• Strong patient communication and care skills in a clinical setting
