Travel Radiation Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Deliver radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Perform patient intake, medication reconciliation, and health history documentation
- Coordinate care among physicians, physicists, and other members of the oncology care team
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and technology in accordance with department protocols
- Utilize electronic documentation systems (Meditech and Mosaic EMR) for accurate patient recordkeeping
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 6 months of current, hands-on Radiation Therapist experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- CMD certification and/or active Colorado State licensure required
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- ARRT (T) certification preferred
- Prior Radiation Oncology experience strongly preferred
- Compassionate bedside manner with experience caring for oncology/cancer patients
