Travel Radiation Therapist in Fort Smith, AR

Job Title

Travel: Radiation Therapist – Cancer Center / Radiation Oncology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Variable Shift | 13-Week Assignment | Expected 36 hours/week (5x8s) | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery of radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients
• Operate Varian Linear Accelerator and associated Record and Verify Systems
• Document and maintain accurate treatment records using EPIC EMR
• Float to other areas as needed based on departmental requirements
• Adhere to all radiation safety protocols and facility dress code standards

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in a radiation oncology or cancer center setting
• Familiarity with Varian linear accelerator systems and Record and Verify workflows
