Key Responsibilities- Administer ionizing irradiation to patients in accordance with prescriptions and instructions from department physicians
- Operate radiation therapy equipment in an outpatient clinical setting
- Accurately document patient treatments and interactions using electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to ensure safe and effective patient care
Required Qualifications- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) required
- Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification (TRT) required
- EPIC experience within the last 12 months required
- Recent Cerner experience required
- Each work history entry must include the charting system used
- No requested time off (RTO); firm start date
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Radiological Technology or equivalent; Master's Degree a plus
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Fluoroscopy Permit from the state of California, Department of Health Services
- Prior experience in radiologic technology in an outpatient or clinical environment
