Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts with a 0700–0800 start time
Key Responsibilities
Set up and align patients using various imaging techniques to deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed
Assess patient status during direct patient interaction and make appropriate referrals to members of the healthcare team
Prepare for treatment delivery, including chart and film checks, room set-up, calculations, electronic medical record (MOSAIQ) review, and treatment calendar programming
Perform patient set-up and CT scans for radiation therapy treatment planning purposes as needed
Collaborate with fellow radiation therapists and team members to complete additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of Radiation Oncology experience
Active ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification required
Active California Radiation Therapy Technologist (CA RTT) license required
Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator
Experience with MOSAIQ electronic medical record system
