Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts | No weekend, holiday, or call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily external beam radiation treatments including IMRT and SBRT
• Provide patient education surrounding the course of treatment
• Operate and maintain Varian TrueBeam equipment in an outpatient oncology setting
• Utilize Aria Record and Verify system to document and manage treatment delivery
• Maintain accurate patient records; occasional use of Epic as needed
• Occasional float to other locations within the health system on a rare basis

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Radiation Therapy license required at time of submittal
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy experience
• Experience with Varian TrueBeam equipment
• Experience treating adult patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Aria Record and Verify system
• Exposure to Epic EMR
• Experience in an outpatient radiation oncology clinic setting
