Key Responsibilities- Administer ionizing irradiation to patients in accordance with prescriptions and instructions from department physicians
- Operate linear accelerator equipment, including Elekta systems, to deliver precise radiation treatments
- Document and manage patient treatment records using Mosaiq treatment management software
- Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to ensure accurate and safe delivery of radiation therapy
- Monitor patients during treatment and report any changes in condition to the supervising physician
Required Qualifications- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) required
- California Department of Public Health Certified Radiologic Technologist in Therapeutic Radiologic Technology (CRT) required
- Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification (TRT) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association approved vendor required
- Hands-on experience with Elekta linear accelerators and Mosaiq software required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Elekta Versa HD linear accelerators strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiological Technology or equivalent field preferred
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- Fluoroscopy Permit from the California Department of Health Services preferred
