Key Responsibilities- Administer ionizing irradiation to patients in accordance with prescriptions and instructions from department physicians
- Operate advanced radiation therapy equipment including TrueBeam technology
- Accurately document patient treatments and interactions within Epic and Aria EMR systems
- Support an Epic EMR conversion initiative as part of an integrated clinical team
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the radiation therapy process
Required Qualifications- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) required
- Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification (TRT) required
- Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years required
- Each position in work history must clearly indicate the charting system(s) used, with dates provided if multiple EMR systems were used within a single role
- Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as a direct employee of an organization
- Aria and TrueBeam experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Radiological Technology or equivalent field
- Master's Degree in a related discipline
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Fluoroscopy Permit from the applicable state Department of Health Services
