Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, tools, and procedures specific to the assigned area, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with physicians, management, peers, patients, and their families.
• Deliver strong customer service, applying appropriate judgment, independent thinking, and creativity when resolving issues or conflicts.
• Handle sensitive and confidential patient information in compliance with applicable standards.
• Utilize Radiation Oncology Information Systems including ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, and Eclipse.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy (required)
• State Radiation Therapist License (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of continuous clinical experience
• Experience in lieu of degree is not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• ARRT-T (Radiation Therapy) certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
