Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–16:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients in an acute care setting
• Document patient care and treatment data using Epic
• Adhere to all facility protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Radiation Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted at a different rate)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility (location and dates) at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract or registry experience in a radiation therapy setting
• Experience working in an acute care or Level III Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with compliance onboarding processes and self-directed module completion
