X-Ray Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in radiologic technology and proficiency in operating radiographic equipment independently. The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of radiation safety protocols and possess a current state license as a radiologic technologist.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment and perform imaging procedures.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
• Provide flex coverage at various facilities, which may include different shift lengths and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a radiologic technologist.
• Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Hawaii.
• Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR, Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica DR is preferred.
• Must possess a dosimeter badge.

Shift Information

Shifts will vary, with an average of three days of call per month. There are no guarantees of hours or time off requests.

Additional Information

Holiday coverage is required for this position. Travelers must arrive on the island prior to the start date for necessary HR and clearance appointments.
