Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Job Details:


• Work overnight shifts Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM

• One call shift per month required

• Surgery experience needed for floating assignments to OR

• Must be proficient with OARM and CARM equipment or willing to train

• Operate standard and portable radiology equipment for radiographic examinations and fluoroscopy studies

• Perform specialized imaging procedures including intravenous pyelography, cystography, gastro-intestinal series, and body section radiography

• Assist physicians during procedures and troubleshoot equipment problems

• Act as resource and preceptor for other radiographers and students

• Circulate to other diagnostic radiology areas including surgery, trauma, and pediatrics

• Maintain records, inventory, and equipment for assigned areas

• Assess, treat, and care for patients of varying ages

• Communicate technical information clearly to patients and families

• Graduate of CAAHEP or JRCERT accredited educational program required

• ARDMS, ARRT and/or CCI credentials in required specialty must be current

• AHA BLS certification required

• One year full-time experience as certified radiologic technology professional preferred

• Associate's degree or higher preferred
