Job Summary

Radiologic Technologist (Xray Technologist) Hanover, PA. This position involves independently performing diagnostic radiography procedures utilizing complex imaging equipment, adhering to established protocols, and demonstrating professional interaction with patients and co-workers. The role requires applying independent judgment, operating advanced imaging systems, and ensuring accurate documentation and coding of procedures.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 08/17/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or verified completion of such a program with a scheduled graduation date; two years of experience required; ARRT Certificate; Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC); Basic Life Support (BLS); PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, PA Act 73; State License (for PA).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for all ages, particularly working independently at offsite locations, with a high volume of orthopedic X-ray cases; comfortable working in large-volume outpatient settings.
  • Additional Information: Performs diagnostic imaging procedures at multiple locations, utilizing complex equipment, administering contrast agents per physician orders, and ensuring all patient data is accurately documented and charges are properly entered. Demonstrates strong patient interaction skills, effective communication, and adherence to universal protocol for patient identification and safety.
