Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuclear Medicine Tech) – York, Maine, United States. Start date: 05/25/2026. Travel - temporary assignment for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,778–$1,895 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 5x8 days (Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–4:00 pm). Setting: hospital. This position requires split duties between cardiology outpatient services and general nuclear medicine imaging, with responsibilities across two clinical sites as needed.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general nuclear medicine studies, including cardiac studies
- Conduct IV insertions as part of tracer administration
- Safely handle and store radioactive materials in accordance with policy
- Maintain American College of Radiography NM Accreditation requirements
- Maintain State of Maine Radioactive Materials license
- Provide detailed, accurate documentation of procedures
- Communicate effectively with Cardiologists and Radiologists to ensure quality exams
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout examinations

Requirements
- CNMT licensure (active)
- BLS Certification
- 1+ years nuclear medicine experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform IV insertions
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine protocols and radiation safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
